EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account before the withdrawal period expires. The 14-day withdrawal period is extended if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, the return process above applies.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
